Usage Tips

Allow the Projector to Cool: For the best performance, switch off the projector for 5–10 minutes after every 2.5–3 hours of continuous use. This helps prevent overheating and extends the projector's lifespan

Monthly Maintenance

Clean the Dust Filter: Once a month, remove the dust filter. Gently brush away dust or rinse with water (if applicable) and let it dry completely before replacing.

Hardware Maintenance

Power Protection: Connect your projector to a reliable surge protector or voltage stabilizer to help guard against unexpected power fluctuations and protect its internal electronics.

General Tips

Maintain Proper Airflow: Keep the projector's ventilation openings clear at all times and place it in a well-ventilated area. Proper airflow helps prevent overheating and ensures reliable performance

Do Not Update Preinstalled Apps

Please ignore all update prompts for apps like Netflix, Prime Video, etc. These apps are specifically designed for our projectors, and updating them may cause them to stop working.
