I had bought the projector on 20.10.2024, After two months of use , I had experienced some issues and contacted the a company and they had a taken the projector in for service(on 24.12.2025) but had kept the projector for approximately one and a half months , and then returned the projector (around 1-5th february) saying that they have serviced and repaired it , but the project was not repaired, And I had to face the same problem again.
Later the company decided to replace the projector, and I received a replacement for the projector on 15.02.2025.
I had sparsely used the projector and was facing the same issue so i raised a complaint on 18.04.2025, at first no response was received, after me informing the company of lodging a complaint with National Consumer helpline, they replied on 22.04.2025.
I had given them a very detailed description of the issue on 25.04.2025 as asked, after that I was connected with around 3 executives all of them assured of action and a video call with a technical team to further assess the problem, but no calls were made to me and they don't answer when I call.
Detailed description of the problems in the projector:
1. After 15 - 20 minutes of use, it starts getting hot with a bit of noise.
2. After about 30mins of use flickering on the projector screen appears, and if I continue using it the screen shuts down completely within 5-10 minutes.
3. The device is not getting connected with any of my other devices via Bluetooth, this issue I was facing from the day one of replacement but had,kind of ignored as I felt I could just work with the USB ports instead.
4. Currently the USB ports have also started to have some issues and are no more projecting the screen from the device I am connecting it with, instead the device is just getting charged.
